Step 1
Blocking the telephone keypad. To lock the buttons on the phone, you need to hold down the "*" key for a few seconds. Also, some phone models provide the ability to automatically lock the keypad if the device is idle for a certain time. To activate the automatic key block, you need to go to the phone settings. If it supports this option, you can set the time after which the keyboard will be locked (5, 10 or 15 seconds of inactivity). Device models such as sliders can be configured in such a way that the keyboard is automatically locked when the top cover of the phone is closed - a similar function can also be activated in the settings.
Step 2
Unlocking the telephone keypad. Most models of cell phones imply the removal of the block from the keyboard in the following way: the asterisk is held down for a while, after which the "OK" key is pressed. If we talk about sliders, unlocking the keyboard is done in the same way. You can also set your phone to remove the key block when you open the slider. You can set the corresponding parameters in the settings of your mobile device.
