The telecom operator "MegaFon" has several ways to activate the subscriber search service. One of them is sending a special USSD request * 148 * subscriber number #. Please note that when sending it, you must indicate the number of the wanted subscriber only in the international format, that is, starting not from the eight, but from +7. Do not forget about the short number 0888, which also allows you to determine the location of the desired subscriber. In addition, MegaFon provides users with a service located on the service site locator.megafon.ru. Thanks to him, you will be able to determine the coordinates of a person's location.

MTS subscribers can also use the search service. It is possible to determine the location of a mobile phone and its owner with a given operator using the Locator service. In order to connect it, you must send an SMS to 6677. In the text of the message, do not forget to indicate the phone number of the person you are looking for. However, not in every case you will be able to get the required coordinates. The fact is that when using a locator, the consent of the wanted person is important. And if the other subscriber does not give permission, the operator will not disclose his location to you. The amount charged for the search will be, depending on the tariff plan, from ten to fifteen rubles.
