To check the status of a mobile phone account, each operator provides several different methods: using a special USSD request, calling a toll-free number, using a personal account on the operator's website.

Step 1
If you are an MTS subscriber, you can find out information about the amount of money on your mobile phone account in one of the following ways. Dial the request * 100 # using the telephone keypad, then press the call button. After a few seconds, a message about your account status will appear on the screen. Alternatively, call 111 and follow the further instructions of the answering machine. You can also send a message with the text "11" to number 111. After a while you will receive a message with details of the invoice. And finally, the last option is the MTS Internet Assistant. To use it, open the link in your browser
Step 2
To check the status of the account, Beeline subscribers need to do one of the following. The first option is to dial the request * 102 # using the phone keypad, then press the call button. On some phone models, unreadable characters may be returned in response. In this case, dial one of the following requests: # 102 # or # 106 #. The first request is analogous to * 102 #, the second also checks additional accounts. Another option for checking the balance is to call 0697. It is free for all Beeline subscribers.
Step 3
MegaFon subscribers can check the balance of their mobile in one of the following ways. Dial the request * 100 # using the telephone keypad and press the call button. After a while, you will see a message on the screen with information about the account. You can also dial * 102 # instead of this request. The second option is to call the free number 0501. By calling it, you will hear a voice message about the status of your account. The third option is to send sms to 000100 with the text "B" (in Cyrillic) or "B" (in Latin).
Step 4
There are also several ways to check balance for Tele2 subscribers. The first one is to dial the request * 105 # and press the call key. The second way is to call 697 to listen to information about the state of the account. Third - dial the request * 111 #, press the call key and follow the instructions.
