Step 1
In order to send an SMS message to a subscriber in Kyrgyzstan, enter the recipient's number in the corresponding field of the phone in the international format. Since the telephone code of this country is 996, the first entered characters in the "Recipient" line must be +996. Next, enter the operator code and the subscriber's phone number. Click on send and wait for the delivery report. If receiving notification is not configured on your mobile phone, you can do it yourself.
Step 2
Go to the "Messages" menu and find the item "Delivery report" and select one of the options available for your phone model to receive a notification. Save your changes. Also, configure the parameter responsible for the waiting time for the message to be delivered to the recipient. Depending on your service provider and mobile phone model, the waiting period can be from a few minutes to a week.
Step 3
When configuring this parameter, consider the importance of timely reading the message, for example, if a person has not been in the network coverage area for a certain time, he will receive your message within a week, as soon as he turns on the phone, when you set the maximum waiting time.
Step 4
To send an SMS message to subscribers of other countries, use the same sequence. Be sure to put a plus before entering the country dialing code. Specify the entry of the mobile operator code if you are sending a message to this recipient for the first time.

To do this, find on the Internet a table of codes of mobile network operators of the recipient country or check the number using special online services. Also, make sure in advance that the service of receiving and transmitting SMS messages has been activated for this subscriber and is available for this operator. Also, in some countries, it is prohibited to receive messages from people living outside the territory of their state.
