Kyrgyzstan is a state in the east of Central Asia; its border neighbors are Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and China. The structure of Kyrgyzstan includes 7 regions, 22 cities, many administrative districts and villages - not the most convenient division for organizing telephone communications.

The entire territory of Kyrgyzstan is located on two mountain bases, or rather on the Tien Shan and Pamir-Alai, which, providing a wonderful climate, significantly complicate the work of mobile operators, and therefore a stable connection in the country was achieved quite recently. In addition to the Russian federal companies MTS and VimpelCom (Beeline Kyrgyzstan, which bought out the largest local operator Sky Mobile), Kyrgyzstan also has a local cellular operator MegaCom.

Kyrgyzstan, like all countries in the world, has its own telephone code, which consists of three digits: 996. This code refers to the telephone area number nine, which includes various countries from India to Mongolia.
Step 3
After you have dialed the telephone code, you should wait for the dial tone, so you will understand if there is a connection in this zone. There are two ways to dial a call to Kyrgyzstan: from a mobile phone or from a landline device. The dialing system varies, so first choose a device to call.
Step 4
If you are calling from a landline phone, then you should press a combination of numbers 8 and 10 before the dialing code 996. The combination 8-10 is used everywhere, it serves as a kind of key to access international telephone communication. As soon as you hear beeps after this dialing, dial the landline phone that you need.
Step 5
Please note that when using different telecom operators, the 8-10 code may change and make up a different combination, for example, 8-26, after which you may be prompted to enter the telephone area code and the city code to which you are calling. Therefore, check all the necessary information in advance, namely:
- country code, - area code, - city code, - operator code that will connect you with the desired subscriber.
Step 6
If you use a mobile device to call Kyrgyzstan, then you just need to dial the phone code 996 and continue entering the subscriber number you need.
