After that, open the table of country dialing codes on the Internet, for example: https://www.hella.ru/code/codeworld.htm, https://www.telcode.ru/intercod/ or https://code.agava.ru /. Similarly, you can find out about a more detailed territorial affiliation.

If you want to find out the belonging of a mobile phone number to any mobile operator, search for the code on the Internet, use the three digits following the country identifier for this. You can also find out this associatively or on the official website of the operator.

Use the resource https://www.numberingplans.com/?page=analysis to find out the exact information about the location of the subscriber you are interested in. On the left side of the menu, select the Number Analysis Tool item, and then go to the phone number check in the window that opens.

Enter the subscriber's number in the international format, taking into account the rules: the first is the country code with a plus sign in front of it, followed by a three-digit code. If the area code is four digits, enter the three digit number anyway. They are all entered through a dash.
