Step 1
Make sure your mobile phone is Windows Mobile or Android. From such operating systems, personal data and money are usually taken from the account. Contact a service shop for your phone model to get expert advice on the antivirus program. Ask for an initial diagnosis of the device for the presence of an attack. Viruses are divided into two types - mobile and computer, the type of software that will protect the phone depends on the definition of the subspecies.
Step 2
Remove computer viruses yourself using the program that is installed on your computer. Connect the device via USB cable to the PC, find the “My Computer” shortcut on the monitor. Go to "Devices with removable media", define your mobile phone. Open it with the right mouse button, select the command "check with antivirus" from the pop-up list, click confirm. Scan the entire contents of the device, exit with the "treat all" button.
Step 3
After cleaning, you need to return to the default settings. Reinstall the files that came with the factory model software. In the future, when using mobile equipment, do not forget about copying important information and data. Hacker's ingenuity knows no bounds, malware is updated more frequently than anti-virus software, and viruses themselves are better protected. If you notice that the “treatment” is short-lived, it means that the memory card has been cleared, but there is an “enemy” in the device. A licensed service center can restore normal and safe operation of the mobile.

If mobile agent attacks are detected, purchase and install an ad-hoc protection program. In the "Programs" menu, find the "Antivirus" tab, run a full scan. Activate additional software functionality - Anti-Theft, Call & SMS Filter.

Periodically check and clean the database in your phone, remove "garbage", old games, information that has lost its relevance. Prevention, as in the field of human health, is always better than cure.
