Disable the "MTS TV" service. It is provided by the mobile operator "MTS" for all subscribers of certain phone models. Step 2
In order to disconnect from mobile TV, you need to dial * 999 * 0 * 1 # on your phone and press the "call" button. After a while, an SMS message will come with information about the successful disconnection. If this method did not help, then call the MTS contact center number 0890 and ask the operator to disconnect you from this service.

Use one of several ways to disconnect from the mobile television service from Megafon, which is called Video Portal. To do this, you need to remember or check with the operator which TV package was connected to your phone and which number corresponds to it. For example, "Basic package" is numbered "1". In this case, send an SMS message with the text stop 1 to number 5060. You can also use USSD commands.

To turn off mobile TV, dial * 506 * 0 * 1 # on your phone and press the "call" button. Replace the number "1" with the corresponding number of your package.
