Advance account is a service of the Beeline operator, which allows you to pay for the services of third-party providers from your mobile phone. If you or your loved ones accidentally subscribe to a SIM card for one or another service with automatic periodic payment, the advance account must be deactivated.
Instructions
Step 1
To disable the advance account in the first way, use the USSD-command * 110 * 272 #. It must be sent from the SIM card on which the subscription is valid. Wait for a response message that the service has been disabled. After that, third-party providers will no longer be able to withdraw funds from your phone account, but you will also not be able to withdraw and cash them through instant transfer services, as well as transfer to the accounts of other subscribers.
Step 2
It is impossible to disable these services separately, that is, for example, to make sure that the subscriptions do not work, but the mobile transfer works, you cannot - either everything is disabled or everything is enabled. You can send this USSD command even in roaming, including international, it is not charged.
Step 3
The second shutdown method should be used when in the home region. Call 0611 and wait for the consultant's answer. Ask him to turn off the advance account. As in the previous case, wait for the message about its successful disconnection. After that, the same restrictions will occur as in the previous case.
Step 4
You can call the same number from another Beeline SIM card, also located in your home region, and then explain to the consultant on which number you need to disable the service. In this case, you will have to name the passport details of the owner of the SIM card on which you want to disable the advance account. In international, and in some cases also in domestic roaming, a call to 0611 will be charged.
Step 5
Third-party providers, some time after they stop receiving funds from your SIM card account, automatically deactivate subscriptions. The period during which this happens can vary, from a week to six months, and usually there are no reports of this. After the subscription has disappeared, the advance account can be turned back on. But it will not be possible to do this from the phone keypad.
Step 6
Call 0611 (also from your home region), wait for the consultant to answer, and let him know that you want to re-enable the advance account. Dictate your passport details to him. Now you can make mobile transfers again, withdraw cash from your SIM-card account, etc. But be careful - don't fall for the gimmicks of the entertainment subscription providers, otherwise the advance account will have to be disabled again.
