A newly purchased TV isn't always ready to go right out of the box. Typically, you need to set up your TV before watching it for the first time. Setting up a TV allows you to adjust the quality of its picture, as well as create a specific list of TV channels that you plan to watch. Everything in order.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step on the TV is to set up the TV channels. If you plan to watch cable or satellite TV on your TV, setup is not required. But if the TV receives a signal using a conventional antenna, then you need to "find" channels for it. This is done, as a rule, by entering the TV menu and activating the "Autosearch" function. In autosearch mode, the TV scans all available frequencies, finds TV channels and randomly records them in its memory.
Step 2
The second important thing to be set up on the TV is the image. Modern color TVs support a fairly wide range of picture settings, but the main parameters were and remain the brightness and contrast of the image. Adjusting the brightness and contrast allows you to adjust the TV picture to the characteristics of the room or room in which it stands. In darker rooms, the brightness is best done lower, and in light rooms, the brightness should be high. To adjust the brightness and contrast, these parameters should be set to maximum and then gradually decreased to achieve optimal image quality.
Step 3
Once you have configured the channels and image quality, you can start editing the channels. Editing channels - setting them in a convenient sequence. For example, if you prefer sports, then sports channels can be placed in the TV memory next to each other. If you are used to navigating the channels on a television program - put them as they are located in the TV program of your favorite newspaper or website.
In general, the TV can be fine-tuned to suit the needs of the users. Almost everything can be adjusted on the TV, from the sound to the optimal time for turning it on and off.
