In order to prevent unjustified debiting of funds from your mobile account, you should know in advance the list of connected MTS services. This can be done in the subscriber's personal account or by means of special commands from the phone.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the site mts.ru and click on the link "Personal account". If you have not registered yet, you need to get a login and password by following the indicated actions, as a result of which the operator will send the necessary data to your number. Open the "Internet Assistant" item in your personal account menu. Select the "Service Management" item, with the help of which you can find out the list of connected MTS services, which will look like a table with a subdivision into paid and free. Disconnection or connection of services is made by one click on the corresponding row of the table.
Step 2
Use the unified MTS help desk by calling 8 800 250 0890 (the call will be free in the network coverage area). Provide the operator with your passport data and request a report on the connected services. Next, you will receive a description of your active options on your number. Also, the list of connected services on MTS can be found in the operator's office closest to you by contacting its employees.
Step 3
Dial the special command * 152 * 2 # on your phone to find out the services on MTS. You will receive an SMS with information about the current options and statistics on monthly payments.
