Often, for some reason, people cannot conduct a wired Internet and therefore purchase a modem, for example, MTS. But for various reasons, the quality of the purchased product does not meet certain requirements, and they want to return it to the seller.
It is necessary
- - a claim in duplicate;
- - a sales or cash receipt;
- - passport.
Instructions
Step 1
To return the MTS modem back to the store, do the following. Come to the store and ask to take the goods back, explain the reason for the return. Refer to the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 07.02.1992. It says that if during the operation of the product any shortcomings were revealed that were not specified by the seller, you have the right to terminate the purchase and sale agreement and demand a refund for the product. You also have the right to demand to replace the product with a recalculation of its price.
Step 2
Submit a written claim to return the modem. In it, indicate the name and address of the store where the purchase of the goods was made, the date and time of purchase. Also indicate your details: last name, first name, patronymic, passport data, address. Then describe the nature of the claim and state clear requirements (for example, refund or replacement of goods). Please sign and number. Hand the written claim to the seller. Prepare the document in two copies, keep one of which. Request that your copy be stamped or signed by the seller. This will confirm your request.
Step 3
If within the specified time period they have not responded to your requirements in any way, contact Rospotrebnadzor or the Society for the Protection of Consumer Rights.
