If you are going to visit any corner of our country, travel without leaving Russia, use the MTS network operator and want to save on calls, then activate the "United Country" option.

Instructions
Step 1
In total, there are three ways to activate the "One Country" service. The first option, which is also the fastest, is to dial the combination * 808 # and call on your phone. The set must be made from the MTS SIM card, on which you want to use this option in the future.
Step 2
The second option is a set of almost the same combination as above, but using units. So, to connect "United Country" dial * 111 * 808 # Call from your phone. The option will connect within a couple of minutes, you will be notified about it via SMS, or you will be informed why this cannot be done.
Step 3
The third option is to use your personal account, where you can activate the service. To do this, enter your personal account on the official MTS website, go to the "services" section, and then, opposite the desired option, in your case "United country", click "connect". It should be noted that the connection is free.
If at the moment your tariff is "Ultra", "Smart", "Smart +", "Smart Top", "Smart Nonstop", "VIP", then in this case you will not be able to use the service, since the terms of these tariffs are valid for all over Russia. Users of archived tariffs "VIP 2014" and "Business without Borders" will not be able to activate this option either.
Step 4
After activating the service, it will start operating almost immediately, you can answer incoming calls anywhere in our country for free, while the cost of outgoing calls will be paid according to the basic intranet roaming rate. Note that "United Country" can be connected only if the similar lines "All regions of MTS Russia" and "Everywhere are at home" are disabled. If you have one of these options enabled, then you must first disable it.
