Many manufacturers of household appliances also add alphanumeric codes to their model names. Not everyone can understand the letter designations of blenders manufactured by Braun, but it only seems so at first glance.

Step 1
If the model name contains the letter “M”, it means that the blender has a metal leg, but if in the 7 series models the letter “M” is the second, then the leg is plastic.
Step 2
The two letters "FP" indicate that the blender comes with a 1500 ml chopper bowl. As a rule, this decoding of the letter code "FP" is applicable to the 6 series models.
Step 3
In 5, 6 and 7 series models, the letter code "BC" means the presence of a 1000 ml chopper attachment. This attachment is also suitable for series 1 models.
Step 4
The “CA” code appears in the names of the models that come with a 500 ml chopper bowl. The bowl may differ in color. For example, in the 730 it is black.
Step 5
Models with the letter code "HC" are equipped with a 350 ml grinder attachment. This attachment can be used with blenders 1, 3, 5 and 7 series.
Step 6
If the name contains the letter code "V", it means that the blender model has a vacuum system: a pump and vacuum containers in the amount of 2 pcs.
Step 7
The letters "VP" stand for a vacuum pump, which is used in some models of blenders with containers CT900, CT3100.
Step 8
The letter code "ST" indicates that a plastic container is included with the blender.
Step 9
The “FS” code stands for Fresh system and means a vacuum pump complete with two plastic containers (no blender).
