Operator - a provider of mobile services. It determines the cost of calls, MMS and SMS and other types of communication between subscribers of its own network and other operators. The first three digits of the mobile number (after the eight) allow you to identify both the operator and the region.

Step 1
Mobile numbers with a code (after 8 or +7) 903, 905, 906, 963, 965 belong to the Beeline network of the Moscow region.
Step 2
Moscow and Moscow region numbers of the MTS network: 915, 916, 917, 985. All numbers with this code at the beginning belong to this operator.
Step 3
Numbers with codes 920, 921, 922 and so on up to 932 belong to the Megafon operator. He is also in charge of numbers with codes 937 and 938, some numbers with codes 495 and 812.
