You can use the services of a mobile translator in any region of our country, as well as abroad. Megafon guarantees high-quality translation into English, German, Chinese and Japanese. The possibility of translation into other languages can be clarified in the subscription service.
Step 2
To order a translation, you need to leave a request on the official Megafon website or call 0595, select a language in the voice menu and give the phone number of your interlocutor. The call will be switched to an interpreter, who should be told in detail about the upcoming conversation. After that, a call will be made to the interlocutor, and he will join the conversation. Thus, an audio conference for three people will be organized. In this case, the translator will see only the last three digits of the telephone number of the foreign interlocutor.
Step 3
On the territory of Russia, within the first three minutes from the moment of connecting to the voice menu of the number 0595, money is not withdrawn from the mobile phone account. Then the cost per minute of the call will be 75 rubles. When you are in international roaming, the cost of a call minute (starting with the first one) is 115 rubles. In two cases, the tariffication is per minute, and the connection with the number of the foreign interlocutor is already included in the cost of the service and is not additionally paid (including international calls).
