A SIM card is a carrier of information about names and phone numbers, including your own number. A phone without a SIM card can neither send nor receive calls. The phone's SIM card is stored in a special recess under the battery.
Instructions
Step 1
To remove the card from your phone, first remove the back cover from the phone. Press lightly on the top or bottom with your finger and slide downward. Depending on the model, the removal method may differ slightly, so look at the arrows on the lid - they tell you exactly where to push and pull.
Put the removed cover in an accessible place, in plain sight, so as not to lose it. Without it, there may be no contact between the battery and the device.
Step 2
Remove the battery (battery). Pry it off with your fingernail or finger from the side where there is a small notch. Lift and set aside next to the lid so that you do not have to look for a long time during assembly.
Step 3
The SIM card is fixed in a special recess with a thin metal clip. Some models do not have a clip and the card is half hidden in the case. In the latter case, press on it with your finger and move it away from this depression. In some cases, you will have to slightly pry the bottom with your finger. Never use your fingernail to scratch the edge of the card.
If the card is under the clip, open it by pushing in the release lever. After that, it is enough to turn the phone over, placing a palm under it - the card will fall on it.
If there is no lever, that is, the clip does not open, push the card down and guide it out of the recess. In some cases, you can pry it with your finger.
