Did they send you a zip-archive by e-mail, in which the files are in a format suitable only for opening in a smartphone? To do this, you must first unpack the archive. This can be done using a phone if it runs on the Symbian operating system platform.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the website at https://www.lonelycatgames.com/?app=xplore. Download from there the SIS or SISX file with the version of the X-Plore application that matches your cell phone model.
Step 2
Read the terms of use of the program. It sits between shareware and freeware. If you wish, you can register it for a fee. But this procedure is optional, since the application can be used continuously even without registration.
Step 3
Transfer the file to the memory card in the phone in any way that suits you (Bluetooth, IrDA, cable, card reader) into the folder labeled Others. If you choose a card reader, do not forget to use the "Eject card" option on the phone menu. This item is located in a short menu that appears when you press the phone's power key. Note that older devices may not have hot-ejectable memory cards. Turn off your phone before removing the card.
Step 4
Start the cell phone file manager. This submenu item is located in the folder of the main menu of the device, which is called "Tools". The contents of the built-in memory of the cellular will be displayed here. Press the right button of the phone - the contents of the memory card will be displayed. Go to the folder called "Other". Likewise, the built-in dispatcher automatically renames when "Others" is displayed.
Step 5
Find the SISX or SIS file with the X-Plore program. Select the memory card as the installation location. Open the menu folder called "My Apps". Find the X-Plore application in it and launch it.
Step 6
Open the archive in the memory card. After that, directly go or extract the files you need to the desired folder. This way you can process archives of two formats - RAR and ZIP. TGZ, TAR and GZ formats are not supported by X-Plore.
