Various additional services of cellular operators are often unnecessary for some subscribers. The question arises of how to disable this or that mailing list, for which a subscription fee is also charged. An example of such a service is the "Daily Weather Forecast" from MTS.

Instructions
Step 1
If you make a one-time request for the "Weather" service in "MTS-Info", you will receive an SMS message on your phone with information about the additional option "Daily Weather Forecast". If within a week you make another similar request, specifying the same city, the "Daily Weather Forecast" service will be connected to your phone automatically. Its weekly cost is 33.52 rubles including VAT.
Step 2
To unsubscribe from the MTS “Daily Weather Forecast” service, send a free sms-message containing the number 2 to 4741. In addition, you can issue a cancellation in your personal account, through the Internet assistant on the MTS official website, as well as by calling info -services of the company, by calling the toll-free number 0890. In order for the operator of the telephone service to help you, get ready to give your passport or other information that was indicated at the conclusion of the contract.
Step 3
If you cancel the service, you will continue to receive SMS messages containing the weather forecast until the end of the prepaid or bonus period. Further, the additional service will become inactive and you will be exempted from weekly payments.
Step 4
To refuse to receive prepaid or bonus daily sms-messages "Weather Forecast", call the support service of the MTS company: +7 (495) 739-94-14 and explain the situation.
Step 5
If you want to return the debited funds, write a written claim to Mobile Telesystems OJSC in one of the company's representative offices in your city. Your money can be refunded up to seven days of prepaid additional service.
Step 6
Keep in mind that the procedure for refunding funds debited from your personal account does not work during the bonus period due to the lack of tariffication for this additional service at a certain point in time.
