Now the use of IPTV, the so-called Internet TV, is becoming more and more popular. This service is supported by many providers and is connected along with Internet access. One of these providers is VolgaTelecom.

Instructions
Step 1
Configure Adsl modem to connect to IP-TV from Volgatelecom provider. To do this, go to the service menu of the modem. The Internet entry is the line PVC0 - VPI / VCI - 0/33 - Bridge, leave it unchanged. Then there is the line PVC1, it must be changed to configure VolgaTelecom television.
Step 2
Set VPI to 0 and VCI to 50. Set Encapsulation to 1483 Bridged IP LLC. Save, then check the IPTV settings by clicking PVCs Summary. In the table, at the end of the lines with the Internet and television settings - PVC0 and PVC1, respectively, there should be an Up value. This means that the connection has been successfully established.
Step 3
Disable VLAN in the modem settings to complete the IPTV connection from VolgaTelecom. To do this, go to the Advanced Setup item in the settings of your modem, then select the Vlan item, set the radio button in the Deactivated field. Now configure the Firewall to connect to Volgatelecom television.
Step 4
Go to the "Settings" menu, turn on the interactive mode. Then go to the "Personal firewall" menu, select the "Advanced settings" option. Check the box next to Allow Internet Inbound Streams over IGMP.
Step 5
Go to the "Rules and Zones" item. In the zone and rule editor, click the Settings button, go to the Zones tab, click the New button. Enter the name of the zone and its description at your discretion, then in the item "Advanced parameters" click the button "Add address", enter the address 224.0.0.0/224.0.0.0 in the window that opens in the item "Subnet".
Step 6
Then click "OK". After starting the video player, the firewall will ask for permission to exchange data, click "Allow". This completes the setting of VolgaTelecom television parameters. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
