The improvement of players is moving in the direction of simplifying this procedure, and today moving music from a computer to an audio player is no longer difficult.

Step 1
Connect the player to your computer. The exact method depends on the model used, but most often it is enough to connect them with a cable from the set of accessories included in the kit purchased with the device. Typically, this cable has a mini-USB connector on one end and a standard USB connector on the other. Insert the mini connector into the corresponding socket on the player, and connect the other connector to one of the USB ports on your computer.
Step 2
After connecting the player to the computer, the operating system will recognize this new device as an "external drive" and it will become available just like any disk on your computer. If the OS cannot find a suitable driver in its database, a corresponding warning will pop up in the notification area of the taskbar and you will need to install the driver yourself. As a rule, players that require additional drivers come with a software disc - install it in your computer's optical disc reader, select the driver installation option from the menu, and then follow the instructions given by the installation program. If there is no such disk, go to the website of the manufacturer of the player and download the necessary software from there.
Step 3
If your player requires the use of a special program to work with a computer, then copy the necessary music files with its help. However, most modern players are fully compatible with Windows. Therefore, in order to copy the necessary music files from the computer to the player, it is enough to select them on the desktop or in the Explorer window, press the ctrl + c key combination, then go to the player connected as an external drive and press the ctrl + v key combination. In this way, you can copy not only individual files, but also folders.
