MTS, like any other mobile operator, periodically renews its line of tariff plans, offering its subscribers more favorable offers. You can change the tariff yourself using your mobile phone and the Internet.
Instructions
Step 1
Changing a tariff plan is always due to the receipt of benefits and savings on mobile communications, therefore, for a start, you should choose a suitable tariff for yourself. This can be done on the MTS website.
Step 2
On the main page of the site, go to the section "Tariffs and discounts for calls" and click the button "Select tariff". A tariff calculator will open in front of you, where you will need to enter the approximate amount of your mobile communication costs, indicate where you most often call, how many SMS and MMS you send, and whether you use mobile Internet.
Step 3
After filling in the necessary information, click the "Pick up" button. The system will give you a suitable tariff plan, which you can familiarize yourself with by clicking the "Show tariff" button. After reviewing the information on the tariff plan, click the "Switch to this tariff" button. A command will be available to you, by typing on your mobile phone, you can change the tariff.
Step 4
If you are not satisfied with the proposed tariff plan, you can re-execute the request by returning to the previous page and correcting the data. You can also independently study all the current tariffs presented on the website in the section "Tariffs and discounts for calls". After the description of each tariff, there is a red button "Switch to this tariff" indicating the cost of changing the tariff. By clicking the button, you will receive a command with which you can independently switch to the selected tariff plan.
