Step 1
It is impossible for amateurs to completely duplicate the film. In order to "cut" the voices of the original actors, film distributors interact with the filmmakers, who provide special soundtracks to the dubbing studios. The hit of such tracks on the network is in its probability similar to a meteorite falling into the city center, so amateurs will have to be content with an amateur translation, although competent sound editing will brighten up the picture.
Step 2
Process the original soundtrack. To do this, you need any version of Adobe Audition: by opening a video file with it, you will automatically start working with the sound from the movie. The method is much simpler and, in terms of the ratio of effort / result, even more productive - just make the sound quieter in places with cues, applying your own over. Step 3
When translating the text of the film into Russian, involve at least 2 or 3 people. So the load will be much less, and three-fold verification of the correctness of the translation will save the final text from absurdities and mistakes.

Provide yourself with a microphone. Of course, antediluvian headphones will do, but you will get the appropriate sound quality. Of course, there is no need to buy an expensive microphone for a one-time recording, but in any case, you should find something more expensive than 300 rubles. Step 5
For dubbing, dial several voices. It is not necessary to select an individual voice for everyone, but at least two male and one female should be used. At the same time, it would be nice to highlight different characters intonationally, trying to be at least a little like the original. This will improve the viewer's experience.

Be sure to look at amateur (author's) translations from a couple of studios or people. Pay attention to anything that may be useful to you - highlight both the pros and cons. Only by analyzing a few positive and negative examples will you really understand how to duplicate a film, because there are many nuances in dubbing that are not so easy to subtract somewhere.
