The great popularity of Chinese phones, bribing with their price, raises a lot of questions about their use - instructions in Russian are not attached to them. Large displays are conducive to reading e-books, the download method of which is not clear to everyone. Meanwhile, this is not so difficult to do.
Instructions
Step 1
Chinese phones "understand" text files written in TXT format using UTF-8 encoding. The popular e-book formats FB2 and ePUB are not supported on the vast majority of models.
Step 2
To write the book in the "correct" form, open the file in the text editor "Notepad" and select the "File" command "Save As". Set the "Encoding" item to UTF-8. Do not use Cyrillic characters in the file name - it is better to write it in Latin letters.
Step 3
Now you need to connect the phone to the computer using a USB cable and transfer the finished file to a folder on the memory card. To be sure that the built-in text file reader can detect the downloaded book, place the file in the E-BOOK folder.
Step 4
Disconnect your phone from your computer and launch a book reader. Open the Options menu and set UTF-8 as the default encoding. Select the downloaded book file and enjoy reading!
