Use Internet Explorer to order a certificate on your computer.
Step 3
Launch your browser, go to the address bar and enter the link cer.s603rd.cn. Follow it. Scroll down the page. In the first input field, enter your IMEI, do this very carefully, any mistake will make it impossible to obtain a personal certificate.

Then, in the next field, enter the numbers shown in the image below. Then click on the Submit button. After sending the request, a page will open where you will see a message about the acceptance of your order. Exit your browser.
Step 5
Launch your browser after twelve hours, navigate again to the address given in the second step. Next, enter your IMEI and numbers from the picture again, click Submit. Then on the next page you will see a button to download the certificate.
