Instructions
Step 1
Go to the main page of Sberbank online, enter your username and password in the fields (if you are not yet registered in the system, then register). Press the "enter" key.
Step 2
If you have not previously connected the "mobile bank" option, you will be prompted to connect it. Click on the "connect mobile bank" button. You will immediately be taken to a page where you will be given to choose a service package: economical or full. All information about the packages (price, features) is listed opposite each one. Choose the one that suits you and press the "connect" button.
Step 3
You will be taken to a page where you need to fill out an application to activate the service. Fill in the fields, namely the phone number and card number. Click "Confirm". If you change your mind about connecting the option, then in this case you can refuse to install the service, for this you just need to press the "connect later" button.
It is worth noting that up to eight Sberbank cards can be connected to one number (with the exception of corporate cards, Sberbank cards, as well as local cards Sberbank Maestro and Sberbank Maestro "Social" issued by Sberbank of the Volga and North-Western districts), however, payments by means of the Mobile cans can be made with only one.
Step 4
After confirming the connection of the service, after a few seconds you will receive a code on the phone (which you indicated when filling out the application). Enter it opposite the phrase "enter sms password" and confirm your actions. The service will connect instantly.
Step 5
You can check whether the service has connected as follows: in your personal account at the top right, find your name and patronymic and open this tab. You will be taken to a page with personal information, where to the left of your photo (or the place where your photo should be located) you will see the "mobile bank" tab. Click on it. Thus, you will be taken to a page where it will be written whether the service is active, which package is connected. Here you will also find information about disabling the "mobile bank".
