In the life of merchants, there are unforeseen events and emergencies when, for example, the mechanism of the cash register malfunctions and shows the wrong time. If a faulty cash register with a time error of at least 5 minutes issues a check, then, according to the law, the owner of the cash register will be fined. Therefore, it is better to fix all problems in time.

Step 1
So, in order to enter the correct time and date, you need to enter the "administrator" mode on the cash register. Press the X symbol on the keyboard. A field for entering the current date will appear on the display. The format is clear - DD MM YY. It cannot be changed. Otherwise, the machine will not accept your request.
Step 2
Press the PI button to check. Provided that you entered the date correctly, a window should pop up for entering the current time. Its format is also standard - HH MM. When you finish entering, press the PI key again.
Step 3
Please note that neither the time nor the date can be transferred back on the cash register, provided that at least one check was broken in this new shift.
Step 4
If it so happens that the date on the cash register has gone far ahead, then it is urgently necessary to replace the entire fiscal memory. It is no longer possible to work on such a device. Otherwise, it will mean problems with the law and an imminent fine.
