A flash clock is a SWF splash screen that allows you to change the appearance of your mobile phone's home screen. For ease of use, it has an area where the stylized clock is located.

Instructions

Step 1

Make sure your phone supports SWF standard. To do this, download any file of this format from the Internet, place it in one or another folder of the memory card, and then try to open it with the device's file manager.

Step 2

Some phones do not come with Adobe Flash Player natively, but can be installed. These are, in particular, many smartphones with Symbian and Android operating systems. In this case, go to the following page: https://get.adobe.com/en/flashplayer/ To visit the page, use the built-in browser of the phone, and the server will determine its model by itself. If you try to go to this address from your computer, you will be automatically prompted to download the desktop version of Flash Player. Download from there the version of the player suitable for your smartphone, install it (the installation method depends on the model of the device and its OS), and then check the operation of the program using any SWF file.

Step 3

Once you have played the SWF files on your phone, go to the following website: https://www.flash2nd.com/ Choose the Flash Clock you like, then download the ZIP archive with it. Inside the archive you will find two files: one in TXT format, the other in SWF format. Place the second one in a particular folder on the phone's memory card, and then open the device's file manager. The clock will appear on the screen.

Step 4

Press the left soft key of the phone and try to find the item "Use as screensaver" or similar in the menu that appears. If there is one, place the Flash Clock on the home screen of your smartphone. Then it will not have to be restarted after each reboot of the device.

Step 5

The virtual clock does not require any additional settings - the screensaver takes information about the current time from the built-in clock of the phone. It is possible, however, that the time zone is displayed incorrectly. There is no fix for this - there is no corresponding setting in Flash Lite. You can only set the system clock of the phone to the required number of hours forward or backward so that the time on the screen saver is displayed correctly.
