The OnePlus 7T Pro is a smartphone that came out almost immediately after the 7 Series 7 and 7 Pro models. However, unlike the latter, the release of this smartphone was received ambiguously.
Design
The streamlined body and rather heavy weight (206 grams) do not allow the phone to sit comfortably in the hand. It will constantly slide out if you do not hold it firmly, so it is almost impossible to safely hold this smartphone in your hand.
The appearance of the device is quite stylish: the back panel is not bright, as it consists of a matte finish. Nevertheless, fingerprints and marks remain on it, so it is best to carry this OnePlus in a case, besides, do not forget that the device is very unreliable in the hand.
The front camera was hidden under the body. If you want to take a photo on it, then you need to push it up. Although this is an unusual design decision, it is not worth it - it is very inconvenient to push the camera out in a case.
The fingerprint sensor is located under the screen, and, thanks to protection against false touches, it works successfully and quickly enough, but it refuses to recognize wet fingers.
Although it is possible to insert two SIM cards here, expanding the internal memory using microSD memory cards will not work, since there is no slot for it.
Camera
The front camera has 16 MP and is made to a very high standard. Detail is good here, but autofocus suffers. It is still difficult for AI to figure out the main subject of the photo and blur the background a bit for portrait mode.
As for the main camera, it has three lenses. The main one has 48 MP. There is PDAF phase autofocus with a laser assistant, as well as optical stabilization of photography, but by default there is a 12 MP lens that can combine 4 pixels into one. The difference between them is, first of all, in the color palette. But you can easily change the lens in the settings of the "Camera" application.
There is a separate 8MP telephoto module. It is needed to be able to zoom in on objects. The maximum magnification is X10.
The camera can shoot videos at maximum 4K resolution at 30 frames per second, but the colors are very oversaturated when shooting. At night, the camera also produces a good picture in terms of detail and sharpness, but there are still small noises.
