It is very convenient to have two identical batteries for your phone. While one of them is charging, the other can be used, and then swapped, and so on. But this requires a device that allows charging without the phone itself.

Instructions

Step 1

Never use homemade devices to charge phone batteries. The only exceptions are very old devices that use nickel-metal hydride batteries. Lithium in such batteries is neither metallic nor bound.

Step 2

Purchase a special device designed to charge batteries outside the phone. It is equipped with a holding device, on which, in turn, two movable electrodes are located. Each of the electrodes has two flat springs that can be connected to the battery terminals regardless of where they are located - on the end or face.

Step 3

Simultaneously with the purchase of a universal charger, show the seller your phone and ask him to pick up a second battery for the device, similar to the one already in it.

Step 4

Insert the battery into the switched off charger. Press the spring electrodes to its contacts, marked as "-" and "+". If there are no markings on the contacts, press the electrodes to the outer terminals, ignoring those located between them. The LED should light up. If it doesn't, reposition the latching button. If the LED does not glow in this way, try other combinations of pairs of contacts and positions of the latching button.

Step 5

Once the LED is glowing, write down or remember the configuration you used. Then plug in the device with the battery, being careful not to move it. The second LED will start flashing. Continue charging until it stops blinking. Then unplug the device and remove the battery from it.

Step 6

Close all running applications on your phone. Turn off its power. If it is connected to a standard charger, disconnect it. Remove the cover from the phone and take out the battery. Install another charged one instead. Close the cover and turn on the machine. If necessary, reset its system clock. If desired, enable the NITZ function in it to eliminate the need for this operation. Charge the removed battery as described above. In the future, charge and use them in turn.
