Instructions

Step 1

To refuse to receive jokes, contact the MTS subscriber service. It has its own telephone number: for Central Russia it is number 0890, and separately for the Moscow region - 0990. Please note that the second number can be reached not only by a mobile phone, but also by a landline.

Step 2

In addition, you can turn off an unnecessary service thanks to a special USSD request. Just dial * 111 * 4753 # on the phone keypad and press the call button.

Step 3

Do not forget about the possibility of sending an SMS-message to refuse from the "Daily Joke". In the text of the message, be sure to indicate the number 5. It is necessary to send SMS to the short number 4741.

Step 4

Deactivation of the service is also possible on the MTS-Info website at https://wap.mts-i.ru/. Click on the "Unsubscribe" item. You will see a list of connected services. Choose the one you want to give up.

Step 5

Service management is also available through the "Internet Assistant" self-service system. However, for this you will need to register (that is, to receive some data for authorization in the system). You can get the password by sending an SMS to 111 from your mobile phone or in the MTS-Connect program. The text should look like this: 25_ your password. Remember that the password can only be 6-10 characters long. In addition, it must contain at least one uppercase Latin letter, one lowercase and at least one digit. Otherwise, the system simply won't accept it.

Step 6

To enter the "Internet Assistant" you will also need a login. By default, this is your mobile phone number. Once you are logged in, go to the "Tariffs and Services" section, and then select the "Service Management" item. Thanks to it, you can see a list of all the services you have connected and remove from it those that you no longer need.
