Step 1
If you accidentally delete an important photo from your mobile phone's memory card, remove the drive immediately. Most modern device models allow you to perform this procedure without rebooting. Do not connect the USB flash drive to your computer until you have prepared the necessary software.
Step 2
Download the installation files for Easy Recovery. It is better to use the Pro version, but if there is no such option, then the standard configuration of the utility will do. Install the program on the hard disk of your computer.
Step 3
Connect the memory card using a card reader. This is a very important feature because many utilities cannot access the drives through a mobile phone or similar device. Wait for the memory card to be detected by the system.
Step 4
If, after connecting the flash drive, a window appears prompting you to check and correct errors, select "Continue without scanning". Excessive manipulations with the map will only reduce the likelihood of a successful recovery.
Step 5
Run the Easy Recovery utility. Open the Deleted Recovery item located in the Recovery Data menu. After moving to the specified item, select the memory card icon with the left mouse button.
Step 6
Find the File Filter menu. Fill it out by entering the name of the deleted file. If you do not remember the exact name of the photo, write *.jpg
Step 7
Click the Scan button, wait while the program analyzes the memory card. After completing this procedure, you will be presented with a list of recently deleted images. Select the photo you want. To define an image, click on its name with the left mouse button and click Preview.
Step 8
Now click the Save button and choose a location to save the photo. In this case, it is better to use one of the local hard drives.
