In order to write an SMS to Russia, you need to start the subscriber's number with "+7", ie. type it in an international format. Using this type of spelling, you can send SMS from the number of any telephone operator, regardless of your location. Buy a prepaid SIM card, activate it and top up your balance, after which you can send an SMS message.

You can also use the internet to stay connected. If you know the operator to which the addressee is connected, all you need to do is find his official website using search engines such as google.com or yandex.ru. Using the sitemap, find a special page-form for sending SMS. In case of difficulty with the location of the page, use the search. On the page, you will need to enter the subscriber's number, the text of the message, as well as the symbols shown in a special picture. Follow the instructions on the submission form page carefully. If you cannot use the operator's Internet services, proceed to the next step.

If you have a personal computer at your disposal, download and install any of the messenger applications - icq or mail.agent. Their peculiarity is that they support the function of sending SMS.
