However, like any other technique, players have a habit of freezing up when you need them most. In most cases, restarting the player will fix an unexpected problem.

Instructions
Step 1
If you are at home, look for instructions. This point should not be neglected. Now there are many different models of players and the rules for their operation sometimes differ significantly. Restarting the player is a standard action that should be specified in any user manual. If the instructions are lost or you are away from home, try restarting the player yourself.
Step 2
Press the on / off button of the player and hold it until the screen turns off. Then press the button again and turn on the device.
Step 3
If the device does not respond, look for a reset hole on the case. It is usually located on the back or side of the player and is marked with the words "Reset". Insert the needle into the hole with a blunt end. If you don't have a needle, a pin, toothpick, paper clip, pen or automatic pencil refill will do. The shackle from the earring can help girls. Hold until the player turns off. Then turn it on with the power on / off button.
Step 4
Sometimes to reboot the player it is necessary to press another button together with “Resert” to force the reboot. Try holding the power on / off button at the same time as "Resert" - this is the most likely combination. If it doesn't work, look for information about rebooting the player for your particular model. Don't experiment with finding the right combination yourself.
Step 5
If the player does not respond to pressing the buttons, connect it to the computer with the power off and wait until the player is detected as an external device. Please use the installation CD and reboot it using the recovery program following the instructions on the screen. Important: after reinstallation through a special program, all files on the player will be lost. If after that the player does not restart or it is not detected when connected to a computer, contact the service center.
