Instructions
Step 1
The user can deactivate the "Credit of Trust" anywhere. Just dial the USSD-code * 138 * 2 # on the keyboard (to send, use the call button). As soon as the request reaches the operator and is processed, the service will be automatically deactivated. Please note: the number of connections and disconnections of this option is unlimited. You can take a new "Credit" even immediately after canceling the previous one (provided that your balance is positive).
Step 2
To activate / deactivate the service, contact the Megafon Sales Office or a communication salon. The consultants will calculate the credit limit that suits you, adjust it if the current one becomes inconvenient for you, or simply turn off the service on your number. Step 3
To unsubscribe from an already provided "Credit of Trust", open the self-service system called "Service Guide". It has its own page on the Internet https://sg.megafon.ru (you can also go first to the official website of the company, and only then go to the section with the corresponding name). This system is convenient in that it allows you to manage services by pressing one button. In addition, it is also multifunctional: the subscriber can get a certificate on the state of the account, current communication costs, change the tariff or order details.
Step 4
The system requires authorization using the client's mobile phone number and personal password. To obtain it, you should contact the Subscriber Service "Megafon".
