You recently purchased a mobile phone and have already managed to be convinced of its capabilities, with instructions or at random examining almost all the buttons. It's time to choose a pleasant sound for the call, which would not annoy, but please the owner of the phone. But even the most beloved melody can quickly get bored.
Instructions
Step 1
To change the ringtone on a phone call, use the list of "native" melodies that were already in it at the time of purchase. To do this, use the menu. Find the folder that contains audio and video files, photos and other images, possibly games, display themes, etc. Depending on your phone model, this folder may have different names, such as Media or File Manager. Click Select or OK. Open the folder with audio files and listen to its contents using the Play key.
Step 2
Set the melody you like by pressing the "Functions" button. Use the melody as a ringtone for all incoming calls, as an alarm clock or a new message, or maybe put a specific subscriber on a call - it's up to you. You can adjust the ringtone volume, put a vibration alert or completely mute the sound in the "Settings" folder in the general menu.
Step 3
To change the ringtone sound to another ringtone, download it to your computer. Use the USB cable to transfer the audio file to your mobile. As a rule, the latter is sold together with the phone. The computer will detect a new device - a flashcard (it bears the name of the phone manufacturer), and you just need to copy the necessary files from the computer to the flash drive into the Sounds folder (Audio, etc.). After that, set the ringtone you like, following the previous steps.
Step 4
New sounds can also appear in the phone via Bluetooth, infrared (when transferring files from one phone to another), dictaphone recording or in any other way, depending on the capabilities of your phone, as well as on the availability of Internet access in it. Some of these functions can be found in speed dialing (up, down, left, right keys) in the form of corresponding icons. Find out what your phone "can" from the instructions that came with it.
