Step 1
It is quite simple and convenient to activate this service, since the operator provides many ways for this. You can, firstly, activate the "Black List" by dialing the USSD-command * 130 #, as well as by calling the information and inquiry service to 5130. Upon receipt of your request, the operator will process it (this usually takes only a few minutes), and then sends you two messages almost one after the other. The first is that the service has been ordered, and the second is that the service has been successfully activated. Only after that you will be able to add numbers to the blacklist and remove them.
Step 2
You can add any number to the list by sending the USSD command * 130 * + 79XXXXXXXXX #, SMS with the text "+" and the number of the required subscriber. By the way, do not forget that you must specify the number in the form 79xxxxxxxx, otherwise the request will not be sent. In the event that you need to delete one of the numbers, just dial the command * 130 * 079XXXXXXXXX # and press the call button. In addition, it is possible to send an SMS containing the "-" sign and the subscriber's number.
Step 3
At any time, Megafon subscribers can see the numbers that have already been entered in the Black List. To do this, you just need to send a request to the number * 130 * 3 # or send a message containing the text "INF" to 5130. If you want to clear the entire list at once in one action, use the special command * 130 * 6 #, and if you want to completely deactivate the "Blacklist" service, type the text "OFF" and send it to 5130; disconnection is also possible by calling * 130 * 4 #.
Step 4
Before using the service, you must make sure that there are enough funds in your account for this. In the event that the connection occurs for the first time, 15 rubles are debited from the balance, and if it happens again, then 10 rubles. Disabled "Black List" for free.
