To keep abreast of who called, and also not to miss any important information, the mobile operator "MTS" invites its subscribers to activate the "Voice Mail" service. You can connect it in different ways, but how can you disable the "Voice Mail" service?
Instructions
Step 1
To deactivate the service, use the operator's help. To do this, you just need to go to the nearest office of the company. If it is not nearby, contact the dealers of MTS OJSC, that is, those small companies that cooperate with this cellular operator. You can find their addresses on the official website of "MTS" or in advertising brochures given to you when buying a SIM card.
Step 2
Disable the "Voice Mail" service yourself. To do this, dial the following symbols in the MTS network: * 111 * 90 #, and then the dial key. A service message will be sent to your mobile phone, which will contain the results of your actions (as a rule, it appears on your display automatically).
Step 3
Disable the "Voice Mail" service through the Internet assistant, which you can find on the official page of the mobile operator "MTS". But before that, be sure to register a password, otherwise you will not be able to use the online system. Registering it is not at all difficult, this procedure takes only a few minutes.
Step 4
Enter your phone number, enter the security code below. After that, click on the "Get password" button and wait for the incoming service message (usually it comes within a minute). Remember the password you received.
Step 5
Go to the page to enter the "Personal Account". Enter the number and the received password. After that, the personal account page will open in front of you. Go to the "Services and rates" tab. Find the "Voice Mail" service and, on the contrary, click on the "Disable" option. At the end, save all the previous steps.
Step 6
