Step 1
When servicing a Beeline mobile operator, go to the website https://mobile.beeline.ru. On the left there will be a list of services and functions provided for network subscribers. Select "Help and Service"> "Subscription Service" from it.
Step 2
In the column "Subscriber service", refer to the tab "SIM card replacement". Read the procedure for blocking a lost card. To do everything on the Internet, write a letter to e-mail [email protected], indicating your passport details under the contract and an additional phone number for communication. When the card is ready, you will be informed about it. To receive it, you must personally appear at the sales office with a passport.
Step 3
If your operator is MTS, then go to https://www.mts.ru/help/action_sim/blocking_sim/, where use the Internet assistant to block the card. Register if you have never used it before. Then follow the instructions on the screen.
Step 4
After blocking, order the restoration of the SIM card. MTS has a home delivery service for a new card. If it suits you, then follow the link "SIM-card delivery". At the specified time and place, it will be handed over to you, and you will be able to use the usual number again. Do not forget to show your passport.
Step 5
Mobile operator Megafon offers its subscribers, in case of loss or damage to the card, to order it in the online store at https://moscow.shop.megafon.ru/. Be sure to include the region where you are located. On the page that opens, on the right, select the "SIM card recovery" function. Users already registered in the system just need to log in, new ones - register. If you do not want to waste time on this, then use the "Continue without registration" option.
Step 6
Enter the required data in the form that opens. All fields must be filled in. Indicate to which address the card should be delivered. Wait for the operator to contact you, agree on the delivery time.
