Step 1
There are two ways by which you can restore the SIM-card of the operator "Beeline". The first is a personal visit to one of the company's offices, the second is the delivery of a new SIM card by courier. At the same time, the conditions under which the cards are restored differ slightly for individuals and legal entities.
Step 2
To restore the SIM-card in the first way, visit the office of the "Beeline" company. You can find out about the location of nearby offices on the official website. If you are an individual, you must have a passport with you. He will confirm the fact of possession of the lost SIM-card. If you are a legal entity, you must have the following documents with you: a passport, a letter from the organization (on company letterhead) with a request to replace the SIM card, as well as a power of attorney form M2.
Step 3
There is a way to restore a SIM card without visiting the company's office. To do this, order a courier delivery. Call 0611, or the city number, which can be found on the official website of "Beeline". To do this, go to the "Support" section, in the "Mobile communications" subsection, select the "Subscription service" item. Click on the link "Delivery of the SIM-card by courier". Please note that this service is paid and is not available in all regions. To obtain a SIM card, you must also present the relevant documents.
Step 4
If you lose your phone, it is recommended to lock your SIM card for security purposes. You can do this in one of the following ways: call 0611 or use your personal account on the website
Step 5
If the SIM card is blocked due to the incorrect PIN code entered three times, its restoration is not required. Use PUK code to unblock. Enter the following combination: ** 05 * PUK * new PIN * PIN (repeat) # call button. If you do not remember the PUK-code, call 0611. In this case, you will need to provide your passport data.
