MTS constantly offers its subscribers new, often more profitable, tariff plans. And if the current tariff no longer suits you, you can always change it to a more suitable one using one of the methods described below.

- - mobile phone with MTS SIM-card;
- - access to the Internet.
Instructions
Step 1
Any subscriber of the company can use the free mobile portal "MTS Service". To access it, dial * 111 # on your phone. The main menu of "MTS Service" will appear on the phone screen. Next to each item is a number. Press "Answer", dial the number of the item "Tariffs" and press the call button. A new menu will appear, in which you can find out information about your tariff or familiarize yourself with the entire list of the company's offers. To go to the choice of a tariff plan, press "Answer" and dial "2". Next, from the list that opens, select the tariff you are interested in and send a request with its number. After that, you will be taken to the tariff plan menu, in which you can connect to it by sending a request with the "Change tariff" item number.
Step 2
The description of each tariff plan on the official MTS website contains the USSD request code. In order to change your current tariff to the chosen one, send this code from your phone.
Step 3
You can also manage your tariff using the "Internet Assistant" service, which is located on the MTS website in the "Help and Service" section. Your number serves as a login to access the service, and you need to set the password yourself. To do this, send an SMS with the text "25 [space] ****" to number 111, where instead of asterisks you need to specify the selected password. After authorization in the "Internet Assistant" the main menu will appear, in which there is a section "Tariff plans". By entering it, you can change your current tariff.
Step 4
If you have any difficulties with changing the tariff plan, you can always ask for help from the company's employees at the company store or MTS contact center.
