The more new products appear in the departments of household appliances, the more difficult it is for the buyer to make a choice. If until recently the choice of a TV was whether to take black and white (cheaper) or color (more expensive), then today everything is much more complicated. A variety of models, configurations, functions and, of course, prices, make you ask for help in choosing.
Instructions
Step 1
Decide where you are going to place your TV. This will determine its size (most likely, a large screen simply will not fit in the kitchen), and a set of additional functions (for example, the ability to connect a blu-ray disc player). In advance, at home, determine the space that you are ready to give for the entire set (TV, stand for it, connected VCRs, speakers, and so on). Note that the large panel requires that the sofa or armchairs be at a reasonable distance so that no pixels are visible on the screen.
Step 2
There are several types of TVs, each with their own advantages and disadvantages. Thus, liquid crystal monitors are characterized by low power consumption and reasonable price, but they can dim colors. Plasma, on the contrary, have high brightness and color rendering, but bulky dimensions and high power consumption. A novelty on the market - LED TVs in our country are still very expensive, however, the price is justified by the fact that these models combine all the advantages of LCD and plasma. So the choice by type of TV will be limited only by your financial capabilities.
Step 3
Even if you choose a TV over the Internet or a catalog, be sure to go to the nearest store and look at this model with your own eyes. It is no coincidence that in large supermarkets of household appliances all TVs are always in working order. Comparing different models, you will clearly see their advantages and disadvantages, at least with regard to color rendition and brightness, distortion at different viewing angles, and so on.
