One of the functions of a self-service banking terminal is the ability to make a payment through it to pay off credit debt. This allows you to no longer stand in a huge line at the bank, spending a lot of time and effort.

It is necessary

  • - number of the loan account;
  • - the date of the conclusion of the contract;
  • - cash or bank card.

Instructions

Step 1

Find out at the bank branch where you took the loan, the number of your loan account and the date of the agreement. The account number is always 20 digits long. You will need this data to pay for the loan through the terminal, regardless of whether you will transfer money from a bank card or decide to pay in cash.

Step 2

To pay in cash, go to the terminal of your bank and select on the screen the menu item "Payment for bank services", and in it - "Loan repayment". Then the system will ask you to enter the loan account number and the date of the agreement. After specifying these data, all information about your loan will appear on the screen: account number, total debt and the amount required for payment for the current month.

Step 3

Click the "Pay" button, and the amount of the monthly payment will be displayed in front of you. Insert the money into the bill acceptor, press the "Pay" button again, and the money will be transferred to the bank account.

Step 4

If you deposit an amount in excess of the requested amount, the terminal will not return the difference to you in the form of change. But next time the payment amount will be less.

Step 5

When depositing money from a bank card, follow the same steps, just first insert a bank card into the terminal, and when the system asks for a pin code to write off money from it, enter it. When the payment amount is highlighted on the screen, you can replace it with another one by simply deleting one and entering a new one.

Step 6

In order not to dial each time the number of the loan account and the date of the agreement, link your loan to your bank card. You can do this at the bank or on your own by answering "Link" when the terminal system asks you a similar question at the first payment repayment.

Step 7

Keep all receipts issued to you by the payment terminal after the loan has been paid until you have paid off the debt in full. This will help you prove that the funds were transferred in case of possible failures or problems.
