When connected to most mobile operators, including Beeline, secret information in the form of PIN and PUK codes is given to the subscriber in a special sealed envelope along with a SIM card. These codes are a kind of passwords that protect against accidental access to the phone. What if the envelope is lost?
Instructions
Step 1
If the SIM card is registered to you, you can find out your PIN code by phone by contacting the Beeline support center. To do this, dial 0611 if you are calling from a mobile number, or 40-90-90 if you are calling from a city number (specify the area code). You will receive a combination of PIN and PUK codes only after you give your passport data (number, series, place and date of issue of your passport). If the subscriber is a legal entity, it is necessary to name the TIN and legal address.
Step 2
You can find out the new PIN-code directly at the Beeline office. There, on the basis of personal data, an application is drawn up to provide the subscriber with PIN and PUK codes. The application also includes an indication of the subscriber's phone number and the serial number of the SIM card.
Step 3
If you entered the PIN incorrectly three times, the SIM card is automatically blocked. To unblock it, use the PUK code. It is automatically linked to a SIM card along with a PIN. According to the information published on the official website of Beeline, to unlock, dial the command "* 05 * PUK1-code * new PIN1-code * new PIN1-code (repeat) # call". You can unblock PIN2 by dialing the command "* 052 * PUK2 code * new PIN2 code * new PIN2 code (repeat) # call".
Step 4
At the request of the subscriber, the PIN code attached to the SIM card can be changed to a more convenient combination of numbers (preferably not too simple) or this function can be disabled altogether using the phone menu.
