Instructions
Step 1
As a subscriber of MTS, order detailing on the company's website. Go to the official website of MTS, if necessary, register and visit your personal account. Click on the "Account details" button and select the sms subsection. On the monitor screen, you will see data about the date, time and phone number to which the message was sent. In addition, you can view information about communication services, GPRS sessions, MMS, voice service. Information about deactivation, activation and configuration of services, change of tariff plan will not be included in the report.
Step 2
You can also order Mobile Detailing. On your phone, dial the command * 111 * 551 # press the call key. Send message 551 to 1771. Use the Mobile Portal. To do this, send a text message 556 to the number 1771. You can connect these services absolutely free of charge, there is no subscription fee.
Step 3
An MTS subscriber, like any other telecom operator, has the opportunity to order a bill detailing by contacting the nearest communication salon or company office. To obtain the necessary information, you must provide the consultant with a service contract and an identity document. If all the documents are in order, you will be given a printout, which will include all the necessary information.
Step 4
You can print messages that are in the phone using the special software that comes with the phone. Check if you have such a program, as it is not included with every mobile phone. Install the program on your computer, reboot the system. After that, open the program and use a USB cable to connect your phone to your PC. Select the sms subsection. Highlight all messages at once, press the print button.
