The cell phone provides two types of protection of the owner's information: the blocking code of the phone and the PIN code of the SIM card. There are a number of actions that must be taken, depending on the code you are encountering.
Instructions
Step 1
The PIN code is designed to block the owner's personal data contained on the SIM card, such as the phone book and messages, as well as the subscriber's phone number. The PIN code is requested when you turn on the phone with a SIM card. If you need to disable it, complete this operation in the mobile settings. In case you have forgotten the PIN code, you can find it on the package from the SIM card. If you have already managed to enter it incorrectly three times, thereby blocking the SIM card, then you can enter the pack code, which you can also find on the packaging from the SIM card. Otherwise, you will need to contact the representative office of your cellular operator. Provide your passport details, after which you can get a replacement for your SIM card, keeping the phone number assigned to you.
Step 2
The phone lock is designed to prevent third parties from accessing the information contained in its memory in case of loss or theft of the device. A request to enter it appears when you turn on your mobile. If you know this code, you can disable it in your cell's security settings; in case you do not know him, go to the next step.
Step 3
Use a search engine to find the official website of your mobile phone manufacturer. You can also find its address in the instructions for your cell phone. Go to it and find technical support contacts on it. Provide the IMEI number as well as the serial number of your mobile phone. You can find this data on the back of your phone, under the battery. Request a factory reset code as well as a firmware reset code. Applying the first code will reset all settings, including the phone code, to factory defaults. Using the firmware reset code will also erase all your personal data contained in the phone's memory. Of course, you can find these codes online, but the most reliable way is to ask your cell phone manufacturer for them.
