Step 1
Use the ability to send messages using your cell phone. To do this, check your balance, make sure you have enough money in your account. The cost of sending messages can be either high or low, it depends on your tariff plan. You can find out the exact cost by going to the website of your operator and choosing your tariff plan. On the phone, go to the "Messages" section of the menu, then select the creation of a new SMS. Dial the subscriber's number in the international format using the international code of Tajikistan +992, then enter the SMS text and send.
Step 2
To communicate using messages, you can use the mail.agent program. Go to the site mail.ru and register a mailbox on it. After that, download the application and install it following the prompts of the Installshield Wizard. Run the program and enter it using the username and password specified when registering the mailbox. Add a new contact for calls and SMS by entering the number in the international format. Keep in mind that when using this program, the limit for sending messages is no more than one SMS per minute.
Step 3
Find out the operator serving your addressee using the site https://www.telcode.ru/intercod/. After that, if your addressee is a Beeline or Tcell subscriber, you can send him messages from the company's official website.
Step 4
To send a message to a Beeline subscriber, you need to go to the official website of the company at the link https://mobile.beeline.tj/ru/main/sms/send.wbp, after which a free SMS sending form will open in front of you. Select the subscriber code and enter the rest of the number, the text of the message and the verification code. Click the "Submit" button.
Step 5
If your addressee is a Tcell subscriber, then you will need to follow the link https://www.tcell.tj/sendsms/send.php, and then enter select his code from the list, enter the number and the text of the message. Fill in the field with the verification code and send a message.
