Step 2
The second way. Almost all modern models of cell phones already have the ability to add a phone number to the "black list".
Step 3
Go to the phone menu - "Contacts" (or "Phonebook", depending on the phone model). Select the contact you want to blacklist, then edit it.
Step 4
In the drop-down menu, select "Add phone to the black list" and confirm your choice. Now the annoying interlocutor will hear short beeps when dialing your number.
