Navigator Navitel is a mobile application designed to find the best route on the map. Thanks to the “voice control” function, the driver does not have to be distracted from driving. Besides, using this navigator is not difficult at all.
Program installation
The installation of the Navitel navigator is very simple. The program itself can be purchased in special stores (in a boxed form), downloaded from the Android Market or from the official Navitel website. Then you need to go to the download section and make sure that the program is multiplatform. The list of supported mobile operating systems really inspires respect: there is support for Windows Phone, Android, iOs and Symbian.
You can also download voices to sound the route in the navigator. There are strict male / female voices available, playful, etc.
In addition to the program itself, you also need to download maps. For example, a map of Russia is provided in one file, which takes about 1.7 GB.
Navigator control
After downloading the program, the main menu will open. The buttons are very large here - and mistaken presses are rare. You can set a route in different ways.
For example, you can enter the required address manually using the keyboard (in the “city-street-house” format). You can also choose a destination from a list of "points of interest" (for example, "hotels" or "entertainment"). You can also point your finger at a point on the map, or select a pre-saved point (for example, work or home). Also, the destination can be selected from the lists "History", "Favorite" or simply specify the coordinates of the point, if they are known.
After the destination has been specified, the application will display it on the map, and you can press the "Go" button. The route is laid out almost instantly and is displayed on the map in blue. The program determines the route taking into account traffic jams, which makes it possible to save time.
On the way to your destination, you can also glance at the device screen. At the top, the name of the street is displayed, to which the driver will soon drive up. Below is the street on which the car is currently located. The panel on the left shows information about the movement: the indicator of the next maneuver and the distance to it, the distance to the final point of the route and the estimated time of arrival. On the right, you can see the current speed, as well as buttons for tilting the map and changing the scale.
If you need to drive somewhere along the way, you can mark this point on the map, after which two new buttons will appear at the top - "Drive in" and "Continue". If you press the "Enter" button, the route will change according to the driver's requirements, and after pressing the "Continue" button, the navigator will again display the final destination of the previous route.
In general, it is not difficult to learn how to use the Navitel navigator. In addition, the simple and intuitive interface of the program only contributes to this.
