Obsessive banners beckon with catchy slogans and beg to click on them, as soon as you connect your gadget to the Internet and launch your favorite toy. Thus, developers recoup the costs of creating and promoting their product, providing an opportunity to use it for free.
As a rule, ad units are located at the top or bottom of the main window of a running application and do not cause much discomfort. It is quite another matter when a banner appears during the gameplay, which regularly distracts from the game. Internet browsers, like their Windows cousins, also do not stand aside and show Flash videos of partner companies on the sides of the main web page.
The solution to the problem is to install ad blocking applications. Unfortunately, you won't be able to find and download them in the Play Store, the marketing policy is initially aimed at promotion, rather than at the convenience of the end user.
There are not so many blocker programs, they are similar in functionality, the only difference is in the interface itself. The main ones, which have long proven themselves only on the positive side, are Adaway, Adblock Plus, Adfree and Adguard. Safe download is available only from the official websites of the developers.
All listed applications are free, but this ad blocker also has a free version. Full functionality requires root access (super-user rights). In the absence of root rights from advertising in this way, only Internet browsers can be freed. In this case, only the paid version of Adguard can help, which does not require super-user rights for its operation.
